These terms are an agreement between you and BufferSol Technologies for your use of Ironclad 75.

Using the app

Ironclad 75 is a habit tracker for personal use. It isn't medical advice. Check with a medical professional before starting any intense exercise or diet challenge. You're responsible for the challenge you choose and how you do it.

Ironclad 75 Pro subscriptions

• Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed by Stripe on behalf of BufferSol Technologies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trial: new subscribers get 7 days free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged the price shown. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends (if notifications are on).
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your data is always kept.
• Refunds: email contact@buffersoltech.com. Where required by law (for example, UK/EU consumer rules), we'll honour your statutory rights.
• Editing past days and restarting a challenge are always free.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or our servers, try to access other people's data, or reverse-engineer the paid features.

Your content

Your logs, notes and photos belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app (for example, backup when you sign in).

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Trademarks

Ironclad 75 is an independent app and is not affiliated with any trademarked challenge program.
