You can delete your account and all backup data at any time. This doesn't require the app.
Fastest: in the app
Settings → Backup & account → Delete account → type DELETE. Your backup data is deleted from our database immediately, any Ironclad 75 Pro subscription is cancelled, and the data on your phone is wiped.
Without the app
Send us a deletion request from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We'll delete your account, backup data and subscription within 7 days and confirm by email.
Or email contact@buffersoltech.com with the subject "Delete my Ironclad 75 account".
What gets deleted
- Your account (Google sign-in link) and all backed-up challenge data: tasks, ticks, amounts, notes, settings and the photo list.
- Your Ironclad 75 Pro subscription is cancelled so you aren't charged again.
What we keep
Payment records that Stripe must keep by law (for example, invoices for tax). Anonymous usage counts can't be linked back to you.
If you never signed in, there's nothing on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes everything on your phone.
